NASBA will investigate complaints against CPE program sponsors to determine whether any violation of the Statement on Standards for Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Programs (2012) (Standards) or other National Registry of CPE Sponsor (the “National Registry”) program requirements has occurred. Only complaints submitted using the online Record of Complaint form (see link below) will be accepted. All submitted complaint forms will be investigated, regardless of their source.
CPE program sponsors who have been denied membership in the National Registry or who have been removed from the National Registry have the right to appeal the adverse decision.
